Use a soft tape measure, or a piece of string and a ruler, to measure the straight-line distance between the collar attachment point and the point on the muzzle strap where the connector will sit. Keep the collar and muzzle comfortably fitted without pulling them tight, then choose the connector length closest to your measurement. The listed length is the connector length, not your dog’s neck measurement.
