Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Personalised products may take a little longer.
Shipping Rates
UK Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £20. For orders under £20, Tracked shipping is 2.95. Express tracked shipping is available for £7.95.
European Union International Tracked shipping to EU countries is £12.95.
USA, Canada & Asia International Tracked shipping to the USA, Canada, and Asia is £14.95.
Delivery Times Please allow 2–5 working days for UK delivery and 7–14 working days for international orders.
United Kingdom:
- Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders over £20
- Standard Shipping: £2.95 under £20
- Express Shipping: £7.95 (1-2 business days)
- Standard delivery: 2-4 business days
European Union:
- Standard International Tracked Shipping: £12.95
- Estimated delivery: 5-10 business days
- Covers all 27 EU countries
International (US, Canada, Australia, Asia):
- Standard International Tracked Shipping: £14.95
- Estimated delivery: 7-14 business days
- Covers USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, and select countries
Tracking All orders include tracking information, which will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Customs & Duties International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are the customer's responsibility.
