How to Measure Your Dog for a Collar

Getting the right fit is everything — for comfort, safety, and style. Here's how to measure your pup in three easy steps.

What you'll need: A soft tape measure (or a piece of string and a ruler)

Step 1 — Measure the neck
Wrap the tape measure around the widest part of your dog's neck, where the collar would naturally sit. Keep it snug but not tight — you should be able to slip two fingers underneath comfortably.

Step 2 — Add your fitting allowance
Add 2–3cm to your measurement for a comfortable fit. This is your collar size.
