Processing Time

Every JOOLS LONDON order is carefully quality checked before dispatch. Please allow 1–5 business days for processing, plus the estimated delivery time for your region shown below.

UK Shipping

Standard shipping is £2.95 on orders up to £19.99. Free shipping on all UK orders of £20.00 and over. Express shipping is available for £7.95 (2–4 business days from dispatch). Please note: express shipping is not available on bespoke or personalised items.

EU Shipping

We ship to 27 EU countries for £12.95 on orders up to £49.99. Free shipping on EU orders of £50.00 and over. Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days from dispatch.

International Shipping

We ship to the US, Canada, Australia, and select destinations across Asia for £12.95 on orders up to £49.99. Free shipping on international orders of £50.00 and over. Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days from dispatch.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. EU customers have a 14-day cooling off period in accordance with EU consumer law.

Condition

Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. As every JOOLS LONDON designer dog collar is a luxury pet accessory, we ask that it is unworn and in perfect condition.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please email us at joolslondonuk@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned: custom or personalised items, personal care goods, sale items, and gift cards.
