Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days before dispatch. Every JOOLS LONDON beaded dog collar, BioThane collar, and EM ceramic bead collar is individually quality checked before it leaves us.

UK Shipping

Standard shipping is free on all UK orders. Express shipping is available for £9.00 (2–4 business days).

EU Shipping

We ship to 27 EU countries for £9.00. Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days.

International Shipping

We ship to the US, Canada, Australia, and select destinations across Asia for £9.00. Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. EU customers have a 14-day cooling off period in accordance with EU consumer law.

Condition

Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. As every JOOLS LONDON designer dog collar is a luxury pet accessory, we ask that it is unworn and in perfect condition.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please email us at joolslondonuk@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned: custom or personalised items, personal care goods, sale items, and gift cards.
