There's a quiet stat we're rather proud of at JOOLS LONDON. In all our time creating dog collars, we have never had a single collar returned because it broke. Not one. Every return we've ever processed has been for one reason only: a dog changed size.

That tells you something.

Why Our Collars Don't Break

In two years of making and selling dog collars, we have not had a single one returned because it broke. That's not luck — it's the result of building every collar with materials chosen for longevity, not just looks, and checking every single one before it leaves us.

Our beaded collars are set on strong, durable steel wire and secured with a ring clasp. Our EM ceramic bead collars are set on either steel wire or paracord depending on the style — it's easy to tell which is which, and both are chosen for their strength and longevity. Our BioThane® collars are made from coated waterproof webbing that won't lose its shape, wipes clean in seconds, and never holds onto that wet-dog smell.

We don't cut corners because we don't believe in collars that need replacing before their time.

The Resizing Story

The most common reason a JOOLS LONDON beaded collar comes back to us is a happy one: a dog has changed. Whether a puppy has grown into their full size, or a dog has lost weight on a new health regime, customers come back to us because they want the same collar — just adjusted to fit. They don't want to start again with something new. They want their collar to grow, and change, with their dog.

We think that's one of the loveliest things a customer can tell us. It means the collar was worth keeping. It means the design still feels right. It means they came back.
